S65

The S65 casement window series, with German system window craftsmanship design as its theme, was developed by the professional R&D team of Aoying over a period of three years. During the R&D process, the team conducted multiple on-site visits to German system window manufacturing plants and accessory suppliers. The S65 casement window series features a 25.3mm wide thermal break design, which is wider than the mainstream 24mm. Additionally, it is equipped with three sealing structures, significantly enhancing its waterproof, thermal insulation, and soundproof performance. The S65 casement window series extensively employs EPDM foam co-extruded rubber strips, providing excellent thermal insulation, soundproofing, and smooth opening experience. It adopts the mainstream European glass groove design, with the addition of wave-shaped PEX material for sound insulation and thermal insulation. Meanwhile, the thermal break cavity is filled with PEX (thermal insulation foam) material. The S65 series profiles maintain a good isothermal line design.

 It offers two types of concealed and exposed inner opening and tilting hinges, with load-bearing capacities of 100kg, 130kg, and 170kg respectively.

In terms of performance indicators, the S65 casement window series:

- Achieves air tightness level 8 according to GB/T7106 - 2008

- Attains water tightness level 6 according to GB/T7106 - 2008 (700Pa)

- Reaches wind pressure resistance level 6 according to GB/T7106 - 2008 (3500Pa)

- Attains sound insulation level 3 according to GB/T7106 - 2008 (30 decibels)

- Has a thermal insulation performance of K=2.0 (5+9Ar+5+9Ar+5Low - E)
