S70

The S70 casement window series, with German system window technology and design as its theme, was developed by the professional R&D team of Aoying over a period of three years. During the R&D process, the team conducted multiple on-site visits to German system window manufacturing plants and accessory suppliers. The S70 casement window series features a 30mm wide multi-chamber thermal break design, which divides the profiles into multiple chambers. Additionally, it is equipped with three sealing structures, significantly enhancing its waterproofing, thermal insulation, and soundproofing performance. The series extensively employs EPDM foam co-extruded sealing strips, providing excellent thermal insulation, soundproofing, and smooth opening experience. It adopts the mainstream European glass groove design, incorporates wave-shaped PEX material for soundproofing and thermal insulation, and offers the option of long-tail sealing strips. Meanwhile, the thermal break cavity is filled with PEX (thermal insulation foam) material. The S70 series profiles maintain a good isothermal line design.

It features both concealed and exposed inner opening and tilting hinges, with load-bearing capacities of 100kg, 130kg, and 170kg respectively.

In terms of performance indicators, the S70 casement window series:

- Achieves air tightness level 8 as per GB/T7106 - 2008

- Attains water tightness level 6 as per GB/T7106 - 2008 (700Pa)

- Reaches wind pressure resistance level 6 as per GB/T7106 - 2008 (3500Pa)

- Obtains sound insulation level 4 as per GB/T7106 - 2008 (35 decibels)

- Has a thermal insulation performance of K=1.8 (5+12Ar+5+12Ar+5Low - E)
