The A80 series window frame has a construction size of 80mm and uses an 80-degree mortise and tenon joint connection, thus being called the A80 series. It is a new generation of high water-tightness, high air-tightness, and high-strength door and window system designed specifically to withstand strong typhoons and heavy rainstorms. This system incorporates advanced door and window system design concepts from both domestic and international sources and has been repeatedly studied and tested by the company's technical personnel. Combined with the company's over 20 years of professional experience in door and window design and production and its unique patented technologies, it is a new type of door and window system developed for "typhoon resistance" and "waterproofing", and is a premium product among aluminum alloy doors and windows.

Main features of the A80 series: The bottom rail adopts a multi-step sliding structure with a height difference design at the lower end both inside and outside, which effectively blocks outdoor rainwater layer by layer, making it extremely difficult for rainwater to enter the room, and has excellent water-tightness. The side and corner rails use double seals, providing excellent sealing performance under both positive and negative pressure. The A80 series includes fixed windows, two-panel, three-panel, and four-panel sliding windows. The upper rail is equipped with a safety device to prevent disassembly from the outside. This series can meet the requirements of corner windows, curved windows, door and window combinations, strip windows, and bay windows by using splicing materials as needed for the project. It can also provide interior or exterior movable screens as required by the project. The available glass thickness for the A80 series is 5mm, 6mm, 5+6A+5mm, 6+9A+6mm, and 5+12A+5mm. The frames and sashes of this series use siliconized interlayer wool strips for sealing, and the window sash glass is sealed with silicone or EPDM rubber strips. It is recommended to use silicone for sealing the fixed part of the glass.

Application scope of the A80 series: The maximum single window size is 3000x1500 (width x height) or 2400x3000 (width x height). Other window sizes can be combined using splicing materials and undergo necessary strength checks. The maximum size of the opening sash is 900x1500 (width x height). If the size exceeds this, it is necessary to consult with the accessory manufacturer and conduct necessary opening and closing tests.
