S60

The S60 casement window series is based on the theme of German system window craftsmanship design and was developed by the professional R&D team of Aoying over a period of three years. During the R&D process, the team conducted multiple on-site visits to German system window manufacturing plants and accessory suppliers. The S60 casement window series features a 20mm nylon thermal break design, combining the extrusion and injection molding composite process, which combines the high strength of European extruded thermal break profiles with the high water resistance of American injection-molded thermal break profiles. Additionally, it is equipped with three sealing structures, effectively enhancing water resistance and sound insulation performance. The S60 casement window series uses EPDM foam co-extruded rubber strips for the joint rubber strips, providing a smooth opening experience.

It comes with two types of concealed and exposed inner opening and tilting hinges, with load-bearing capacities of 100kg, 130kg, and 170kg respectively.

In terms of performance indicators, the S60 casement window series:
- Achieves air tightness level 8 according to GB/T7106 - 2008
- Achieves water tightness level 6 according to GB/T7106 - 2008 (700Pa)
- Achieves wind pressure resistance level 6 according to GB/T7106 - 2008 (3500Pa)
- Achieves sound insulation level 3 according to GB/T7106 - 2008 (30 decibels)
- Has an insulation performance of K=2.4 (configured with 5+15A+5Low - E)
