G105A

The G105 series window frame has a construction size of 105mm and adopts the world's first patented technology of "inserted strip + injection of sealant" (Patent No. 201310301373.8). It features a 90-degree mortise and tenon joint connection. Windows of this series are called G105A series, and doors are called GM105 series. It is a new generation of high water-tightness, high air-tightness, and high energy-saving sliding window and door system. This system incorporates advanced design concepts of window and door systems both at home and abroad and combines nearly 30 years of window and door design and production experience. It is suitable for high-rise buildings and areas with strong typhoons and is another excellent product in the sliding window category.

Main features and advantages of the G105 series: The insulation material is 24mm nylon inserted strip + injection of sealant (polyurethane sealant). Considering the strength, the nylon insulation strip used for the door leaf is 20mm. The insulation parts are on the same plane, resulting in less heat loss and complete separation between the indoor and outdoor. The upper rail and the upper middle rail are designed with "U"-shaped plastic insulation strips, achieving significant energy-saving effects. The G105 series sliding windows have a unique drainage method with an inner high and outer low design on the lower rail and the bottom, ensuring smooth drainage and good sealing. At the same time, the outermost side is designed with windproof ribs to prevent rain from directly blowing towards the sealing surface, enhancing water-tightness. Both the frame and the sash of this series use bidirectional sealing, ensuring excellent air-tightness under both positive and negative pressure conditions. The sealing between the light frame and the frame uses rubber strips, providing both buffering and enhanced sealing performance. The G105 series includes fixed windows, two-sash, three-sash, and four-sash sliding windows. The upper rail is equipped with a safety device to prevent removal from the outside. According to project requirements, this series can meet the needs of corner windows, curved windows, door and window combinations, strip windows, and bay windows by using mullions. According to project requirements, interior-mounted movable screens can be provided. The G105 series can install glass specifications of 6+19A+6 (louvered glass), 5+6A+5+6A+5, and 5+9A+5+9A+5 triple glass. The frame and sash of this series use siliconized interlayer wool strips (the sealing between the light frame and the frame uses rubber strips), and the window sash glass is sealed with silicone or EPDM rubber strips. It is recommended to use silicone for the sealing of fixed glass parts.

Application scope of the G105 series:

Maximum single window size: 3000x1500 (width x height) or 2400x3000 (width x height); Maximum single door size: 3000x2400 or 2400x3300 (width x height); Maximum sliding door leaf size: 900x2400 (width x height) (the door leaf needs to use reinforced mullions); Maximum opening window sash size: 900x1600 (width x height); If the size exceeds this, it is necessary to negotiate with the accessory manufacturer and conduct necessary opening and closing tests and strength checks.

Wind pressure resistance deformation performance: Grade 5, P3 = 3000Pa

Air leakage performance: Grade 7, q1 ≤ 1.5 m3/(m*h)

Rainwater leakage performance: Grade 4, Δ P ≥ 350Pa

Thermal insulation performance: K = 2.0 - 2.6 W/(m2*k) (depending on different insulating glass)
