The GW65/GWM65 series features a door (window) frame thickness of 65 and an inner (window) sash thickness of 75. The swing door is called the GWM65 series, and the swing window is called the GW65 series. It is a new generation of high-performance swing door and window system developed specifically for the high-end market. This system incorporates advanced foreign door and window system design concepts and is developed through independent innovation and patented technologies, combined with 40 years of aluminum door and window design experience.
Main features of the GW65/GWM65 series: The thermal insulation material uses a high-quality nylon + glass fiber (PA66GF25) thermal insulation strip with a height of 24, which has a low heat transfer coefficient and excellent thermal insulation performance. The GWM65 series can be made into exterior swing doors, interior swing doors, interior tilting sliding doors, and (3-6) folding doors. The GW65 series can be made into fixed windows, exterior swing windows, exterior top-hung windows, middle-hung windows, interior swing windows, interior tilting (interior bottom-hung) windows, and interior swing and tilting windows. This series can meet the needs of corner windows, curved windows, door and window combinations, strip windows, and windows with windows by using mullions as required by the project. Screens can be installed on the outdoor side as required by the project. The GW65 series can be matched with glass thicknesses of 6+9A+6, 6+12A+6, 6+16A+6, 6+19A+6, 6+27A+6, and 6+12A+6+12A+6. The frames and sashes of this series use three EPDM rubber strips for sealing. It is recommended to use sealant for sealing the fixed part of the glass, which provides good sealing performance.
Application scope of the GW65 series:
Maximum swing window sash size: 800×1600 (width×height, sash is GW65432); maximum top-hung window sash size: 1200×1600 (width×height); maximum swing door sash size: 900×2700 (width×height); the maximum size of the window (door) can be combined by using mullions and undergo necessary strength checks. When making the largest size window (door) sash, it is necessary to consult with the accessory manufacturer and conduct necessary opening and closing tests.
Performance data of standard windows (1500×1500) (in accordance with GB/T 8478-2020 Aluminum Doors and Windows):
Wind pressure resistance deformation performance: Grade 6, P3=3650Pa (one side 600 opening, one side fixed, mullion is GW6502/1.8)
Air leakage performance: Grade 8, q1≤0.5 m3/(m*h), q2≤1.5 m3/(m*h)
Water leakage performance: Grade 4, Δ P≥350Pa
Thermal insulation performance: Grade 6, K=2.0-2.5W/(m2*k)
