GDL90

The GDL90 series of door (window) outer frames has a construction size of 90 and is called the GDL90 series of aluminum-wood composite insulated door (window) system. It is a new generation of luxury product specially developed for high-end residences and villas.

Main features of the GDL90 series: The outdoor insulated aluminum alloy material uses high-quality nylon + glass fiber (PA66GF25) thermal break strips, with a low heat transfer coefficient and excellent insulation performance; the indoor wood can be selected from imported oak and rosewood, and can be chosen according to the interior decoration requirements. The wood has undergone strict anti-bug, anti-moisture, and anti-corrosion treatments, and the surface has various wear-resistant and anti-aging baking varnish treatment processes, providing a comfortable touch, elegant and luxurious appearance, and bright colors, fully demonstrating luxury and high-end. The indoor wood and insulated aluminum alloy are connected by a snap-on composite method, which is the most stable and strongest connection method. This series can be made into fixed windows, exterior swing doors (windows), interior swing doors (windows), interior swing and tilt doors (windows), interior tilt sliding doors, and (3-6 panels) folding doors. According to the project requirements, this series can be combined into corner windows, curved windows, door and window combinations, strip windows, and windows with windows by using the mullion material. The interior swing windows of this series can be equipped with screens (on the outdoor side) as required by the project. The selectable glass thicknesses of this series are 6+9A+6 and 6+12A+6, which can meet the installation requirements of three-layer sound insulation and bulletproof glass schemes. The inner and outer frames and sashes of this series are all sealed with EPDM rubber strips in three layers, providing excellent sealing and waterproof performance.

Application scope of the GDL90 series: The maximum opening size of the window sash is 700x1500 (width x height); the maximum opening size of the door sash is 900x2400 (width x height). Other size openings for doors and windows can be combined with mullion materials and splicing materials, and necessary strength checks should be conducted. When making the largest size window (door) sash, it is necessary to negotiate with the accessory manufacturer and conduct necessary opening and closing tests.

Wind pressure resistance deformation performance: Grade 5, P3 = 3000Pa (one side 600 open, one side fixed, mullion is GDL9002)

Air leakage performance: Grade 8, q1 ≤ 0.5m3/(m*h), q2 ≤ 1.5m3/(m2*h)

Water leakage performance: Grade 4, ΔP ≥ 300Pa

Insulation performance: Grade 5, K = 2.5-3.0W/(㎡*k) (with clear glass)
