Its aluminum alloy antique Chinese-style artistic door and window system retains the performance of ordinary thermal break profiles while integrating traditional cultural elements. The GD110 series of thermal break aluminum alloy floor spring doors (Chinese-style artistic windows) have a frame structure size of 110mm and adopt an international advanced and domestically leading insert-type thermal break aluminum alloy structure. Both the outer frame and inner sash are joined at a 45-degree angle, with concave and convex surfaces featuring arc designs, making them elegant and stylish, known as GD110.

Main features of the GD110 series: The thermal insulation material is 24mm PA66GF25, and the thermal insulation parts are on the same plane, resulting in less heat loss. The glass thickness of this series is 6+12A+6, 6+19A+6 (with built-in blinds). The frame and sash of this series use 6x6 siliconized interlayer sealing strips, and the window sash glass is sealed with silicone or EPDM rubber strips. It is recommended to use silicone for sealing the fixed part of the glass.

Application scope of the GD110 series: The maximum size of a single window is 3600x1800 (width x height), and the maximum size of a single door is 3600x2700 (width x height). Other sizes of windows (doors) can be combined with splicing materials and undergo necessary strength checks. The maximum size of an opening window sash is 900x1800 (width x height), and the maximum size of an opening door sash is 1200x2700 (width x height). Door and window accessories must be negotiated with the accessory manufacturer and undergo necessary opening and closing tests.

Performance data of the GD110 series (in accordance with GB/T 8478-2008 Aluminum Alloy Doors and Windows): Wind pressure resistance deformation performance is grade 5, with 3000 ≤ P3 < 3500 Pa; Air permeability performance is grade 7, with q1 ≤ 1.0m3/(m*h); Rainwater penetration performance is grade 4, with ΔP ≥ 350Pa; Thermal insulation performance is grade 5, with 2.5 ≤ K < 3.0W(m2*k) (with 5+19A+5 clear glass).
