S75

The S75 casement window series is based on the theme of German system window craftsmanship design and was developed by the professional R&D team of Aoying over a period of three years. During the R&D process, the team conducted multiple on-site visits to German system window manufacturing plants and accessory suppliers. The S75 casement window series features a 35.3mm wide multi-chamber thermal break design, which divides the profiles into multiple chambers. Additionally, it is equipped with three sealing structures, significantly enhancing its waterproof, thermal insulation, and soundproof performance. The S75 casement window series extensively employs EPDM co-extruded foam sealing strips, providing excellent thermal insulation, soundproofing, and smooth opening experience. It adopts the mainstream European glass groove design, with the addition of wave-shaped PEX material for soundproofing and thermal insulation, and can be equipped with long-tail sealing strips. Meanwhile, the thermal break cavity is filled with PEX (thermal insulation foam) material. The S75 series profiles maintain a good isothermal line design.

It offers two types of concealed and exposed inward-opening and inward-tilting hinges, with load-bearing capacities of 100kg, 130kg, and 170kg respectively.

In terms of performance indicators, the S75 casement window series:

- Achieves air tightness level 8 according to GB/T7106 - 2008

- Attains water tightness level 6 according to GB/T7106 - 2008 (700Pa)

- Reaches wind pressure resistance level 6 according to GB/T7106 - 2008 (3500Pa)

- Has sound insulation performance level 4 according to GB/T7106 - 2008 (35 decibels)

- Has thermal insulation performance of K=1.5 (5Low - E+12Ar+5+12Ar+5Low - E), and higher configurations can be provided upon request.
